SLO-SYN® High Torque 90mm Frame Size NEMA 34 Step Motors

The Superior Electric KM family of high torque step motors offer a wide range of models for most stepper applications. Available in NEMA 23, 34, & 42 frame sizes they provide an excellent, cost effective, alternative to pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo motor systems. Stepping actions are easy to control and do not require complicated,expensive feedback devices.
Performance Features

- 0.48 to 26.5 N-m (68 to 3753 oz-in) minimum holding torque accommodates most high torque application requirements
- 0.014 to 0.75 N-m (2 to 106 oz-in) detent torque leaves more power for moving the load
- Speeds up to 3000 RPM provide for velocity demands of most high torque applications
- Full-step (1.8º), half-step (.9º), and microstep (.0072º) capabilities provide a full range of incremental motion

- ±2% to ±5% accuracies provide for excellent positioning capabilities
- The two phase design, compatible with most drivers, provides smoother microstepping and lower input power for a given torque than three phase designs
- Class B (130°C) insulation allows operation over ambient temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 65ºC
